To suggest a work for inclusion in my Comprehensive Bibliography of Hellenistic Greek Linguistics, enter its bibliographic data in a comment on this page. If you have written a book or article applying some form of Linguistics to the Greek language of the Hellenistic period, please feel free to recommend your own work.
To be added to the bibliography, works must meet the following criteria:
- Works to be added must treat some issue directly relevant to understanding Hellenistic Greek (koine Greek), or an earlier form of the Greek language (though preference is given to works discussing the language of the Hellenistic period). Works addressing Classical Greek are included where no parallel work discussing Hellenistic Greek is available.
- Any work added to this bibliography must self-consciously apply a specific model of modern linguistics. No preference is given to one model over others, but all works should clearly state what form of linguistics is being applied.

Martin Haspelmath, 1992. “From resultative to perfect in Ancient Greek”. In: Iturrioz Leza, José Luis (ed.) Nuevos estudios sobre construcciones resultativos. (= Función 11-12) Universidad de Guadalajara: Centro de Investigación de Lenguas Indígenas, 187-224.
Haspelmath’s article covers Homeric Greek through Koine arguing that the late Classical & Koine perfect is not stative in his charting of the development of the form. As for linguistics, well, you can see his list of publications:

Thank you, Mike. I’ve added Haspelmath’s article to the bibliography.
