Three categories of bibliographies are accessible through this page. Bibliographies of Greek Linguistics Michel Buigs' Greek Linguistics Bibliography Buigs' bibliography focuses on works adopting a 'functionalist' perspective. This well presented page is organized by topic. It includes works dealing with any period of Ancient Greek. Rodney Decker's Bibliography of Greek Grammar and Linguistics . Decker's bibliography focuses on journal articles and lesser known books. The verb receives the largest share of attention, and some of the material on verbal aspect deals with languages other than Greek. Micheal Palmer's Comprehensive Bibliography of Hellenistic Greek Linguistics Palmer's biliography provides a listing of works that apply any form of modern linguistics to hellenistic Greek--the Greek language as it was used in the period following the conquests of Alexander the Great and including the time in which the Septuagint (LXX) and the New Testament of the Christian Bible were written. U.S. Library of Congress holdings on Greek Linguistics  Selecting this option will take you to the advanced search page of the Library of Congress catalogue. Type the terms "Linguistics" and "Greek" as your search terms in the two search fields that appear . Leave all other settings as they appear. This will not locate all items in the Library of Congress which are relevant to the topic of Greek Linguistics, but it will give you a great sample. Studies in Biblical Greek . This occasional series of monographs from Peter Lang Publishing is designed to promote and publish the latest research into biblical Greek (Old and New Testaments). Other Linguistics Bibliographies Applied Linguistics Virtual Library: Electronically Available Papers This collection of papers has not been updated since April of 1997. Still, you may find some of the old papers interesting. Contrastive Linguistics: A Selective Bibliography This bibliography of publications in contrastive linguistics is the result of collaboration between the member research units of the CoLLaTE network. "CoLLaTE" is an acronym for COntrastive Linguistics and LAnguage Typology in Europe. CL/MT Research Group   Use the new search interface to search the bibliographic databases held by the CL/MT Research Group at the University of Essex. Corpus Linguistics Bibliography (Michael Barlow) Michael Barlow , of the Linguistics Department at Rice University, is a member of the advisory board for the International Journal of Corpus Linguistics . He maintains a bibliography of corpus linguistics organized both by author's name and by topic. Corpus Linguistics Bibliography (Yvonne Breyer) Yvonne Breyer maintains the Gateway to Corpus Linguistics on the Internet . That site contains a short bibliography of Corpus Linguistics that promises to grow as the author's dissertation research proceeds. Cornell University Linguistics Bibliography Olin and Uris Libraries at Cornell University provide an annotated bibliography of reference resources for research in linguistics. While the bibliography focuses primarily on works found in these libraries, it is useful for linguistics research more broadly. Linguist List Bibliography Page The Linguist List, the largest discussion list for linguists, has an editorial staff that maintains an impressive website. That web site contains a page listing linguistics bibliographies on a wide range of languages. MIT Working Papers in Linguistics MIT Working Papers in Linguistics (MITWPL) is a student managed organization, run by the graduate students in the MIT Doctoral Program in Linguistics. MITWPL is dedicated to the promotion of linguistic research by students, both through sales of dissertations and papers, and providing funding for equipment, meetings, fieldwork etc. Search the SIL Bibliography The Summer Institute of Linguistics maintains a web site called Ethnologue. This site includes a large bibliography of works focussed mostly on modern languages but including some scattered works on Ancient Greek. Bibliographies of Works in Ancient Greek Apollonius Dyscolus  A website dedicated to Apollonius Dyscolus, the great Greek grammarian of the second century CE, with full bibliography, e-books, etc. Hellenistic Greek Poetry This growing site provided by the Department of Classics at Universiteit Leiden contains a series of bibliographies on post-classical Greek poetry and its influence. The data the site presents were drawn from a database that now contains some 15,100 records.
